You will need

Cabbage – 1/2 cup, chopped

How to Prepare

  1. In a blender, blend the cabbage, pears, and carrots until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a glass.

You will need

Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tbsp.

Honey – 1 tsp.

How to Prepare

  1. In one cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, mix apple cider vinegar and honey.

4. Lemon Mint Detox


You will need

Lemon – 1

Green Tea – 1 bag

Water – 700ml

Mint – a few leaves

How to Prepare

  1. Fill a large jar with 700 ml of water and add a green tea bag.

You will need

Cucumber – 1, sliced

Water – 6 cups, filtered

Ginger – 1 tbsp., grated

Lemon – 1 slice

Mint Leaves – 1/3 cup

How to Prepare

  1. Pour water into a glass jar.
  2. Add cucumber, ginger, lemon and mint leaves to the water.
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight for the flavours to infuse.
  4. Serve it chilled and drink.

You will need

Yogurt – 1 cup

Mint – 5-7 leaves

Basil – 5-7 leaves

Water – 1 glass

Pinch of salt, black pepper, cumin powder

How to Prepare

  1. Blend yoghurt, mint and basil leaves with water until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a glass and add salt, black pepper, and cumin powder.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Take this drink thrice a day after every meal.
